Intensive Learning Experiences (ILE)

1. MBA@Rice Residential ILE (MGMT 514 & 515): $500 per course (includes meals and lodging)
2. Global Field Experience (GFE): $2,000 (includes some meals and lodging)

Note: These fees do not cover tuition for the courses or transportation to and from the field experience location. Program fees are charged in the quadmester in which you register for a Residential/GFE course, and are set annually.

Using the Cost & Funding Calculator

The Cost & Funding Calculator spreadsheet is designed to help you determine your tuition by quadmester based on projected enrollment for the next several terms. This tool helps you determine the amount and type of funding needed for the academic year. An academic year for the MBA@Rice program consists of three successive quadmesters (e.g., Summer + Fall + Winter).

You will receive a new calculator for your second and third years. While tuition costs may increase annually, your tuition rate will be locked-in at the per credit hour rate at the time you matriculated, and will continue for the duration of the program.

• July 2025 Start (1st Academic Year: (Q1, Q2, Q3).
• October 2024 Start (1st Academic Year: (Q1, Q2, Q3)
• January 2025 Start (1st Academic Year: (Q1, Q2, Q3)
• April 2025 Start (1st Academic Year: (Q1, Q2, Q3)
