MBA@Rice students may obtain a University ID card. ID cards are issued at the Rice University Police department on-campus.

The police station is open weekdays from 8:00-4:30

MBA@Rice students have full access to the Jones Graduate School library, the Business Information Center (BIC). Additional information on the BIC can be found here: BIC Business Library

Students can contact jgsbic@rice.edu and identify themselves as a Jones School student if they have any questions.

Students can also book study rooms at the library. To do so, fill out this application: Library Account App and bring your Student ID to the circulation desk.
