Rice University Bursar’s Office is responsible for accounts receivable: billing, payments, quadmester payment plans, refunds, etc.

Account Statements:   Billing occurs once you are enrolled in classes for that quadmester. Statements are updated frequently based on your enrollment activity. They are available in the Payment Suite section of your ESTHER account.
